May 2016: NoLi Night Market

Looking for something to do on the weekend? Look no further than the NoLi Night Market. It is held the first Friday of every month from April to December. It’s free and runs from 6pm to 10pm. The next Night Market will be held on Friday, June 3. You will find food trucks, local vendors from the community, beer, live music, and so much more. If you are a fan of the local shop, Kentucky For Kentucky, you can check them out there as well too. The shop is located at 720 BryanAvenue, which is the same location as The Night Market.

Welcome to my blog, Fabulous in Fayette! For those who don’t know (which I’m sure most of you do, if you are reading this), it refers to the county that Lexington, Kentucky is located in. My name is Whitney, and I originally grew up in Appalachia, but I moved to Lexington in 2008 after I graduated from college. I’ve always wanted to move to Lexington, and also enjoyed spending time here, so I became a permanent resident.
