The leaves are changing colors, the temperature is dropping, it's getting darker a lot earlier... it's fall! Fall is the perfect time to get out your crockpot and to make some recipes that crock! Not only can crockpots create some delicious recipes, but they are also super easy to use! They can cook all day and when you come home from work, dinner's ready!

I’ve created a tried and true classic that is a favorite among my group of friends. My friend group is rather large and we spend a lot of time together, whether it’s parties at each other’s houses or our biannual four-wheeling trips to Tennessee, we love to eat! This recipe is great for tailgating, camping or just to enjoy as a yummy snack. At some point, the Man Dip always comes out. The great thing about Man Dip is there are so many versions of it and it can easily be customized to your taste. We’ve made it several ways and just about every time I’ve eaten it, it has been different.

Man Dip is an ooey, gooey, and hearty dip that all men will love (girls too!). It doesn’t take long to make, but the best part is there aren’t many ingredients. Don’t let that fool you though, this recipe doesn’t skip on the flavor!

Man Dip is super easy to make. Let me show you how!

First, add a block of cream cheese, grated sharp cheddar cheese, shredded colby jack cheese, and milk to the crockpot. After that, add a whole can of RO*TEL®.

Next, add a half of can of Hunt’s® Fire Roasted Diced tomatoes and a half of can of Brooks® Chili Beans, which are available in mild or hot.

Usually, when I’ve made Man Dip in the past, I’ve ground up beef and browned it in a skillet. I wanted to make this crockpot friendly, so I decided to use smoked sausage instead. This gave the dip a tasty sweet flavor, and made it even easier to make. If you decide to use sausage, be sure to chop it into small pieces so it’s dip friendly.
