It’s almost that time again- New Year’s! I know it isn’t Christmas yet, but it’s best to already think about New Year’s Eve, especially if you are going to have a night on the town!
Some people would rather not celebrate at all, while others choose to throw their own party at home. Well, what if you want a night on the town? Well, you better start making plans ASAP, because many parties and venues are booked up and sold out of tickets. Well, I’ve got you. 1. 10am: New Year’s Jive at Red Mile: Eat, drink, jive, and win your way into 2019 with Red Mile! 3. 11:30am: Great Gatsby New Years Eve Party at Mirror Twin Brewing: Come shake a leg and pour one back at our 1920’s Great Gatsby New Year’s Eve Celebration held at MTB’s 725 and brand new 723 location on National Avenue!
- 100% of ticket proceeds go directly to The Lexington Humane Society.
- There will be shenanigans all day starting at opening. The party kicking off around 5 pm for ticket sales.
- Live band Jordan & The Bellwethers at 723 and Live DJ Beth Fox Mitchell at 725 both hitting the stage at 7 pm.

- Rolling Oven will be tossing dough and MTB will be filling pints and shaking cocktails into the new year.
4. 4pm: New Year’s Eve at Louie’s Wine Dive & Chevy Chase Kitchen: Enjoy five creative menu items designed to sparkle on New Year’s, or choose from your favorite Louie’s dishes, cheeses, and charcuterie a la carte. 5. 4pm: New Year’s Eve at Drake’s: Two can dine for $35 on December 31. Choose an appetizer to share, pick your own entree, end your meal with a dessert to share and toast to the new year with a glass of champagne included with dinner!

7. 5pm: New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Blue Heron Steakhouse: The Blue Heron has an amazing Prix Fixe Dinner Menu for New Year’s Eve! It’s $75 per person which includes a glass of champagne and reservations are required. They are only serving our Prix Fixe Menu on New Year’s Eve. Join them for stellar food and a great time! 8. 6pm: New Year’s Eve Party at J. Render’s Southern Table & Bar: Join J. Render’s for their 1st New Year’s Eve Party! Ben Lacy & Corey Cross will be providing the music for the evening and there will be a Champagne Toast at midnight.

9. 6pm: 2019 New Year’s Eve Party at the Clarion Hotel: This year they are back for their 5th year at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Centre Newtown Pike in Lexington, KY for NYE 2019. Get your tickets now before they are gone! Call (859) 233-0512 to reserve your tickets!
10. 6pm: New Year’s Eve Event at Champ’s Entertainment Complex: Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Champs. Champ’s is offering two great Packages to choose from. Both packages come with with a free kids buffet from 6pm to 8pm with hot dogs, fries, mac-n-cheese and Pepsi products. Purchase tickets in advance for $25 or at the Box Office the night of for $30. 11. 6pm: The Rock SpeakEasy New Year’s Eve Gala at Shamrock Bar & Grille: Come out to The Rock SpeakEasy Prohibition New Years Eve Gala at Shamrock! Guys suit up, and gals dress to impress! Prizes for best dressed as well as a photo booth to help you remember how much of a looker you are. Live music as well as a special food and drink menu.
12. 7pm: NYE at West Sixth Brewing: Join West Sixth for their New Year’s Eve party!! This year, they are doing their awesome table reservation packages again, complete with plenty of extras to help you celebrate and ring-in the new year. 26. 8pm: Ring in 2019 with Helena Handbasket, Tyese Rainz, and DJ Crow at Soundbar: Ring in 2019 at Soundbar. Open at 8pm. Dance party with DJ Crow starting at 8pm. Pop up performances on Level 2 with your hosts Anthony Wayne Smallwood aka Helena Handbasket & Aaron Losey aka Tyese Rainz who will be leading the countdown to 2019 as well. 28. 8pm: Harvey’s & Hugo’s NYE Party at Hugo’s: Meet up with old and new friends and celebrate the countdown at Harvey’s Bar then dance into the New Year at Hugo’s Ultralounge with music by DJ Electra. Festivities will begin at 8pm and of course the complimentary champagne will be flowing before the midnight balloon drop.

38. 9pm: NYE with Dark Moon Hollow at Henry Clay’s Public House: Dark Moon Hollow is a five piece bluegrass band with members hailing from Southern Indiana to Lexington, Kentucky.
